Message	with the stock fuel pump? That is what *most* of us have. Where are the dyno plots? Do you have "Garrett GT1871R Turbos" or "Garrett GT2871R Turbos"? I didn't know the base boost could be as low as 9psi, and assuming that's true, I think you'll be hard-pressed to make 25psi "or higher" with them.
